  3. I am thinking of it !! The TODD double is one of my all time fave LP's I would love to come. How feasible is it ? What do you think it will cost you all-in ?I am in London/Essex
but the idea appeals to me, and I probably could get some days off work...!

  4. Well, you need to fly into Akron and out of wherever you want. If you wanted to see the first four shows, you fly into Akron (I would suggest getting there no later than Sept 4th cos you'll want to go to the Rundgren Radio Bday bash, and then say fly out of Indianapolis on the 12th. You'd see the Akron, Muskegon, St. Louis and Indianapolis shows. $150-$200 for the bus ($150 by June 15th, but there could be an additional $50 depending on how many people sign up). But you could conceivably fly in and out of any city you want. I don't know what that will cost you. The Rundgren Radio hotel room rate for Akron is now on a waiting list cos it sold out. But there are plenty of other hotels in akron. And I have started a room share board on facebook (see other blog posts).

It's possible it could come to the UK like AWATS did last year, but then again, it's possible it won't. This time last year, the London show was already announced. As it sold out, I'm not sure why it hasn't been done yet, but I think because there were so few shows in Europe, it's possible that unless there a LOT of shows for this, Todd may not bring it over due to the high costs of touring.

If you don't want to miss out, you should go to the US. You could also fly into Philadelphia for the Glenside show or NYC to Morristown, NJ show. It's really up to you, but the midwest shows will probably be a bit cheaper due to the midwest being a bit cheaper. And it's worth spending time with the Todd fans....we all like to party. I went last year to both gigs in Akron and after that, I became completely hooked...

hope that helps. Feel free to email privately if you have more questions, Michael.

  5. Hi Jill, thanks very much for your helpful answer. So, I am working on a plan ... It would be : Fly to Akron ( are Devo from there !?) on fri 3rd, Go to the Akron gig on 5th , go to the DVD party on 7th on the bus that leaves on the 6th.. has the date/s been changed? ?!?) Then go to the Missouri gig on the Wednesday 8th + back to UK on Fri 10th. Are there any arrangements for people to get from the party/DVD events to get to the gig in missouri on the 8th ?I am kinda dumb when it comes to absorbing all the details + its not very exciting for everyone to read MY itinerary ... SO yeah could i get yer private email please to get some of this info? I really appreciate yr help!! my email is : msefton9@gmail.com
